Artworks are packed securely and dispatched by the artists themselves from their location (unless it was kept by an exhibitor in a different location/country). The dispatch time will depend on whether the artwork needs a special customs certificate (usually for paintings on canvas) and whether the paint is dry enough and secure for being wrapped. These kind of delays might take three to four days on top of usual three business days on receipt of your payment.
