Payment to be received within 7 days of auction/listing end, if no contact has been made after this period I will open a Unpaid Item case with eBay and if payment is still not received an Unpaid Item Strike will be submitted.

All items are carefully packaged and posted in either padded bags or boxes to prevent damage and sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
If you require Recorded Delivery please remember to choose the correct option on the invoice.
I do pack my items very carefully but in the unlikely event of an item being damaged on arrival I will give a full refund or exchange on receipt of the damaged item and original packaging.
I do get a Proof of Posting Form for every item posted, if an item does go missing in the post I will put in a claim with Royal Mail for compensation, this will then be passed on when settled.
