According to the guidelines of  the American Numismatic Association (ANA)  grading scale,   I feel this coin would grade as a G-4 Good.

  "Legend and date are weak but visible, wreath is worn flat but completely outlined and bow merges with wreath.  no “Liberty” visible on the headband." 

I've tried to get the best pictures I could.  Take a look at the pictures and use that to rate the coin yourself.

The “Indian Head” design first issued in 1859 is actually a representation of Liberty wearing an Indian headdress, not an actual Indian.  The first year featured a laurel wreath on the reverse and was changed one year later to the oak wreath with a small shield.
