You are bidding on a beautiful designer necklace with a "C" oval hangtag - IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, pre-owned.  I believe this is a Chico's necklace.  The oval is the same and the "C" is the style used by Chico's.  Perhaps this symbol was used earlier (or later) than the "Chico's" oval hangtag.

Necklace consists of 5 strands of silver tone chain with a unique silver elongated pendant studded with rhinestones.  It has the link extension and lobster closure seen on Chico's necklaces.  Approximate measurements are 16" long (plus 5" adjustable extension) x .25".  Pendant measures approximately 1" x .5".
