JOHN PENN, THOMAS PENN, AND RICHARD PENN ESQ. ORIGINAL 1741 PENNSYLVANIA LAND DEEDVELLUM PAPER  The Penn Brothers were the last proprietors of Colonial Pennsylvania, during the late 18th century. This is an original land deed, dated November 6th, 1741.  Document is in very good condition given its age. Has been folded heavily, some staining/fading, but overall very nice.
