Up for auction is a Perez-Steele postcard # 09535/10,000 signed by deceased Baseball Hall of Fame great Edd Roush in blue sharpie. This is a key card for anyone putting together an autographed Perez-Steele set as there are just not that many that are signed as well as being signed in blue sharpie. Most of Roush's cards are in ballpoint of black sharpie. Edd Roush was a Major League outfielder from 1913 & 1916-1931 with the Chicago White Sox, New York Giants & Cincinnati Reds. Mr. Roush played in the 1919 World Series that was famous for the Chicago White Sox throwing the series. Roush maintained to his death that the Reds still would have won even if the White Sox had played on the level. Mr. Roush also played in the Federal League from 1914-1915, a league that tried to rival MLB and he was the last surviving participant of the Federal League upon his passing in 1988.
