star and circle design on decanter beveled inward

stopper has design on it also beveled inward

believed to be waterford because most of my granmothers crystal was waterford but not sure!!!!!doesnt have label or acid signature

no chips no cracks no refinishes

measures  15 1/2 inches from top of stopper to bottom

weight is exactly 2 lbs 11.4 ounces weighed on digital scale
