Includes one original box, 3 of the corners of the box top are separated, also includes the original instructions. They are both in good condition. I tested them in hot water and they appear to work just as they should. I do not know how old they are or the patent number. The box is 2¾ x 7, and the thermometers are about 6¼ and 5¾ long.
