Up for sale is a great corset in used condition. This pastel pink corset was made by Famous Gale. The corset does not have any size marking so I will give the measurements: (All are measured as the corset is laid flat with laces fully closed.)
Measurement across the very top, fanned out: 32 inches
Measurement about ½ way down: 34.5 inches
Measurement where the natural hips will not be possible since doesn't go that low. Length from top to bottom: front is 16 inches, back is 9 inches and the sides are 8 inches. It appears to be made from 100 % cotton in a pastel pink color. The front is laced from top to bottom and the back secures with metal hook and eye closures. There are also laces on each side, hide underneath the material which would allow about 3-4 inch allowance on each one. There are at least 16 stays, but none in the middle of the back. There is also elastic at the waist which attaches to the laces on the front for a secure hold. There are also 4 adjustable metal garters attached to connect stockings (the elastic attaching them has lost some its elasticity). The corset does show some wear and does have a couple of small stains. It will still make a great addition!
