This dress is gorgeous!  White background with black flowers and black polka dots, and then a black collar and sash with white dots.  Has an ornamental opening in the back.  It is polyester taffeta that looks great on a little girl.  Size 10.  Armpit to armpit is approximately 15". Length is approximately 30" from the collar down the back.  Perfect that special occasion!
