Vintage dress or tunic and pants pattern.  Pattern is uncut.  A "Pounds Thinner" pattern from McCall's Pattern Co. in New York.  Retro, probably from the late 1960s.  Standard body measurements on package for size 12 are Bust 34, Waist 25 1/2, and Hip 36.  The dress or tunic has scooped neck, button trimmed front tuck, pockets and back zipper.  Pants have elastic in waist casing.
