Vintage NEW OLD STOCK green khaki BE PREPARED embroidered BSA Boy Scout patch with yellow scroll and yellow fluer de lis with brown eagle.  Never sewn on.  From the early 1970's. May be First Class patch?  Not sure but from my research seems to be.   Has gauze backing as you can see in the photos.
