This is a used vintage 1978 Betty Crocker cookbook. The book contains 158 pages of recipes for main dishes, salads, vegetables, breads, and desserts.  Has some illustrations. The softcover book has signs of wear on the front cover and back cover (see photos) but the inside has no writing, stains or ripped pages.
