This is a vintage Panasonic Microwave Oven cook book from 1974 - the very start of microwave cooking.  It is a hardcover book with 143 pages of favorite recipes for appetizers, main courses, snacks, sauces, etc., with some pictures (most recipes don't have photos).  There is also an introduction to microwave cooking and a defrosting chart.  Also includes the operating instructions for  Panasonic Microwave Oven Model NE-7700, 700 watt with automatic defrost.  In great shape - 42 years old!!
