This is a pair of brand new black and white women's leggings in size medium / large.  They have a pretty pattern.  Never worn.  They say they are a medium/large but I would think they are more like a medium or even a small.  When lying flat and unstretched, the waist measures approx 15".  Entire pant is stretchy material.
