The manual shows no sign of wear and tear and the plastic is as clear as the day it was put up on the shelf.  The scanner itself is extremely clean (like new) as well as the antenna.  Both are enclosed in the original plastic.  There's really nothing else to say about it...it is one of the best analog scanners ever made. I do not have the box, manual, but I do have the rubber antennae.  The only things missing are the battery holder and cover.  The important thing about it is that it works!!  So, the winner of this auction will get TWO functioning Pro 39 scanners, along with the added accessories.  Combined, this adds up to two working units with one missing a battery cover. But, I believe there are some very resourceful people out there who could find a way to work around this small issue!!  I tried to get good shots of the contacts for inside the scanner as well as of the external battery charger, but because my pics didn't turn out so well, I didn't include them.  Suffice to say, they also show no signs of corrosion. If there is any item which I haven't shown in my pics, it is because of the poor close range picture taking ability of my camera.  The bonus Pro 39 unit is also not shown because I decided to include it in the auction as an afterthought.  It was not part of the original auction idea. So, this deal has every available accessory (plus an additional unit), minus the external speaker and earphone, that was ever made for the Pro 39.  These items, if purchased separately, add up to somewhere between $200 and $300.  Even if you decide to use AA alkaline batteries, you would still have over $25 worth of rechargeable batteries to use for something else.  But, if you say you don't want to have to purchase batteries for this, you also can use the AC Adapter/Charger and rechargeable battery pack instead of batteries. I've added some pics of the second scanner. I originally wanted to include three different ones, but decided to combine them for one photo.  This was intended to give a better overall idea as to what the auction included.  I know that knowing there was a second scanner wasn't enough; but actually showing a photo of it is more concrete!  Everyone wants to see what they're getting before they buy.  Somehow, knowing about it doesn't seem to instill confidence in buying...at least not for me!  I like to see exactly what I'm going to buy; I wouldn't want to buy something without seeing it in some form and I think that most people are the same way.  A description of something simply doesn't make me want to buy...a photo always helps, right?  If you have ANY questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me through eBay's message portal.  THANKS FOR LOOKING, and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! :):):)
