Items intended for gifts:
The items we sell make great gifts. However, please keep in mind that, as stated above, the original factory boxes are often scarred or damaged. At the very least, they usually have stickers, labels, or tape on them. We clean the packaging as best as we can, but please do not expect the packaging to be in the same condition as you would find and pay retail for at a department store.

Shipping:
We DO NOT add any fees to the shipping and handling charges. We typically use USPS, but will offer UPS for items which are usually cheaper to send via UPS. We usually ship items within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Returns:
All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving item, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving a return authorization from us. If item is not received in the 7 day period, the buyer agrees that the sale is final. Return shipping to be arranged and paid for by buyer, unless the problem was the fault of the seller. If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of the seller, such as a wrong item shipped, we will take all steps necessary to make your order correct. Refund will be given as an exchange or money back. The type of refund given is at the seller's discretion. All items must be returned in all of the original packaging, including cartons, boxes, etc. and must include all items originally received including matching serial numbers. Refund will be given after item is received and inspected by us.
