The items we sell make great gifts. However, please keep in mind that, as stated above, the original factory boxes are often scarred or damaged. At the very least, they usually have stickers, labels, or tape on them. We clean the packaging as best as we can, but please do not expect the packaging to be in the same condition as you would find and pay retail for at a department store.
Shipping:
We generally will only ship to the United States. We DO NOT add any fees to the shipping and handling charges. We typically use UPS, but will offer USPS for smaller items which are usually cheaper to send via USPS. We usually ship items within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. International bidders, please contact us before bidding.
Returns:
All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving item. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving a return authorization from us. If item is not received in the 7 day period, the buyer agrees that the sale is final. Return shipping to be arranged and paid for by buyer, unless the problem was the fault of the seller. If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of the seller, such as a wrong item shipped, we will take all steps necessary to make your order correct. Refund will be given as an exchange or money back less any original shipping & handling costs. The type of refund given is at the seller's discretion. All returns require a return number; which will be given when the buyer contacts us about the return. All items must be returned in all of the original packaging, including cartons, boxes, etc. and must include all items originally received including matching serial numbers. Refund will be given after item is received and inspected by us.

If there are any known defects or imperfections it will be listed. Product manuals, handbooks and instruction booklets may not be included with items, although most can be found on manufacturers websites.
