Stones:  One 10 x 8mm garnet totaling 3.5 carats estimated, amethyst totaling .40 carat estimated and 18 approx. round brilliant cut diamonds totaling an estimated .10 carat (estimated at K in color and I1-2 in clarity). 

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 6 (sizable). The mount measures 8mm in width, rising 6.5mm from the finger.

Metal & Hallmark: Solid 14 karat white gold. The ring is hallmarked "14k".
