We shape the horsehair ribbon in this hat by hand, then give it a layer of French net and a sweet pressed bamboo flower for a fantastic vintage look. The flower is finished with Swarovski rhinestones. Hat is secured to your hair with a 7/8" metal comb. Available in our standard colors.
