GM part number 8770219, Group 11.928. This new NOS lense is 2 inches across, has 4 small mounting tabs, and is Clear frosted with 6 round circles in the finish. (NOTE: These have 4 tabs which insert into the lamp housing. They do not interchange with GM Number 4765600, which is the older-style 1961-1968 smooth 2 inch white 3-tab lenses. The GM packaging pictured, which is used to store multiple lenses, is Not included in this auction. This lense style was used on a variety of GM cars, but not all of them. Please compare your lense to the one pictured here, and refer to the information we've provided before ordering.
