      Being presented for sale is this Fabulous Large Victorian Eastlake Walnut Three Tiered Dumbwaiter Server with a Fine Spindle Gallery and Storage Drawer circa 1880.  This Victorian dumbwaiter is a very unique find and is in excellent antique condition. This 19th century piece measures a total height to the top of the spindle gallery at the back of 49 inches,with a total width of 42 inches, total depth of 19 1/2 inches and weighs approximately 80 lbs.

      We believe the casters to be original as well as the period pull on the drawer. A vast amount of display space is offered on the three tiers of shelves with the height to the top shelf measuring 44 inches, height to the middle shelf is 30 1/4 inches and height to the bottom shelf measures 13 3/4 inches. The top shelf has a splendid spindle gallery on the sides and the back, with a nice storage drawer below the middle shelf that has early period dove-tailed ends. The shelves are flanked with two ring turned posts that serve as shelf supports and extend to the carved out-swept feet on each side. Fine carved applied roundels are on each side above and below the turned support posts.

    This is a fantastic serving piece for your dining area or would serve as a great utility cart in the kitchen for cookbooks and such or even a wonderful useful piece in a library or office.
