     I am elated to present for sale this rare find.........A Victorian Genuine antler inkwell with sterling mounts circa 1890's. This magnificent inkwell measures a total height of 4 1/4 inches, with a width of 4 3/4 inches at the widest portion, and 3 3/4 inches deep including the pen rest,and weighs 15 oz. The lid offers a Spencerian script monogram of what looks like " BW", and the sterling mounts is marked as shown in the close-up picture. I believe the makers mark to be English but that I am not sure of. The lid and hinge seem tight and secure as well as the pen rest and the sterling nib holder on the right. If you love things that are unusual and are conversation pieces....don't miss out on the opportunity to acquire this rare find!
