This small simple appearing reproduction table has a birdcage mechanism allowing the table top to revolve and to tilt.
The sturdy post has a classic urn shape and the delicate cabriole legs end in pad feet. The original of this table was made during the last quarter of the eighteenth century in Massachusetts.
