Returns / Exchanges:

Exchanges/Refunds is accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. (You must contact us within 7 days). Item must be unused with TAGS. Refunds are only for the price of the item not the shipping cost. For exchanges buyer is responsible for extra shipping cost.

Shipping:

All products are shipped out within 1-3 business days. If a product is out of stock you will be given the option of an immediate refund thru paypal or to back order the item when it comes back into stock. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. (Not including any Holidays where shipping may be off) Shipping cost is either calculated by location or flat rate per item. Contact us if you prefer another option to ship.
