Description: It is an original antique multi-color lithographic print on paper over 140 years old. It is by Ann Pratt (1806-1893), a very well know Botanical Artist of the Victorian era who published around 20 books filled with plant images. This print is from The Flowering Plants of Great Britain, 5 vols. (London: Frederick Wayne & Co., 1855-1866). It is being sold as a single print on paper, not matted nor framed, as seen in the pic.
Size: The page measures 6 1/4 by 9 3/4 inches as seen in the pic.
Condition: The print is in very Good condition for its age, blank on the reverse, with very light overall tonal ageing. There is some light browning around the edges, otherwise it is very clean and would frame up nicely. The pics are of the actual print.
