Description: It is an original antique map with hand coloring as issued from an 1867 Mitchell's New General Atlas published by S. Augustus Mitchell in Philadelphia. The map also has a copyright date of 1867 in the bottom margin of the map. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not mounted nor matted, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pic.
Size: The map image measures approximately 13 by 21 inches on a 15 1/4 by 23 1/4" page and a margin all around for framing.
Condition: The map is in Good condition with overall tonal aging and original hand color and a centerfold as issued. There are splits along the edges of the centerfold on 1 inch at the top and 3 inches at the bottom. There are some light smudges , mainly around the margin and a few spots on the map, nothing very distracting. The pics are of the actual map and very accurate of color and condition.
