ABOUT THE MOVIE:  The plot is virtually identical to the plot of the earlier film "Rock Around the Clock." A struggling manager visits a hayseed town and discovers a new dance craze, and hopes to turn it into a overnight nationwide sensation.

 

In the early days of Rock n' Roll anything went . . . all that was necessary to sell tickets was to have a name like Chubby Checkers or Bill Haley and they came to see it.  It had nothing but early rock music and this is the original poster from one of those musicals, but today they are highly collectible and much in demand.  Many people today frame these old posters and place them next to theier early jukebox or just display them in their bar area - no matter where it is sure to get a draw!

CONDITION OF THIS POSTER:  EXCELLENT - But please note that it does have a paper loss (about the size of a couple of half dollars put together) and if this were framed this would probably be covered or this could easily be repaired. 

There is a picture inset of the paper loss.

Poster Conditions as I describe them are GOOD, VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT, NEAR MINT, MINT.  As you probably guessed, EXCELLENT is the average - normal condition of a used poster. Some may be a little less, like a GOOD + and some a little better . . .  NEAR MINT +, for example.

If there is a major problem with the poster it will be mentioned.  An example of major problems might be STAPLE or TACK holes, PAPER LOSS (a corner torn off) and so forth.
