TOYAMA NO KINSAN 2 - The Fireball Magistrate (1958)
TOYAMA NO KINSAN HINOTAMA BUGYO - While not all stories are true, Magistrate Toyama did make a major impact on the policies of the Tokugawa Shogunate during the early part of the 19th Century.
Two guardians of Ninjo Castle discover a map that shows a secret passage into Edo Castle. Rather then reporting their discovery to the local authorities they decide to blackmail the Lords who created the forbidden passage. To prove their crimes, Magistrate Toyama launches a private undercover investigation.
Magistrate Toyama is most famous for his "BLIZZARD OF CHERRY BLOSSOMS" tattoo which he displays when confronting criminals in court before sentencing is passed.
