FIGHTING DISPOSITION (1958)

Kenka Gasa - While trying to defuse a ruckus at the local theatre Omaeda Eijiro (known as the "Fighting Young Boss") accidently kills a Samurai Official, so he's sent to visit his father's old friend Boss Shimizu Jinpachi, while pops takes the heat for the crime.

When Boss Jinpachi is murdered by his rival Boss Domoyasu, a guilt ridden Eijiro takes his leave for a personal vendetta against Domoyasu. Soon joined by Shimizu Jirocho, together they must make their enemy pay with his blood.

Many films have been made about the real-life Yakuza leader Jirocho, who had to fight his way not only to survive, but to eventually become the Boss of Bosses along the Tokaido Road. Jirocho is one of Japan's most colorful characters and now he's matched up with one of his staunchest allies, the vengeful Eijiro.
