In this drama set in the 1950's Kazuo Katsura is a popular writer, with a wife and six children, who must share his life with his family, his numerous mistresses and his work. When he takes the flighty actress Keiko as his mistress, Kazuo's long-suffering wife Yoriko leaves him. The author must then endure the situation he has created for himself.
Adapted from the autobiographical story by Kazuo Dan, who published it a few months before his death.
