1826 Signed "Lucinda Linfield Age 13" Needlework 16X12" Alphabet Sampler 

For your consideration is this incredible needlework sampler from 1826. It has the alphabet neatly done on top, in the middle it reads: 
"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but the woman that fears the Lord, her name shall be praised."
On the bottom is a scene of a home with flowers, and on the bottom is the signature of the young artist: Lucinda Linfield Age 13.
Please view the photos to check condition. There is a water stain that runs from side to side. I do not know if this can be restored. Fabric is wrinkled also.  Sampler is not permanently framed, but protected in plastic frame. 
Listing is for the sampler As-Is, do not expect a  Near Mint item, it will need restoration, or it can be displayed as-is to show age.
