Jim Temme is the owner of an international
training and consulting firm. Jim specializes in the areas of
productivity enhancement, team building, conflict resolution, stress
management, customer service, and basic management skills.
Jim is the author of four books:

In addition, Jim has also written numerous
magazine articles on a variety of subjects.
Jim has provided over 2,200 training programs to
more than 500 organizations including Boeing, Olive Garden, Coca
Cola, United Technology, the Cleveland Clinic, Citigroup, Honeywell,
American Express and Mesa Airlines. He has also worked with
many not-for-profit organizations and government agencies such as
the Veterans Administration Hospitals, Arizona Department of
Transportation, the College of American Pathologists, the Navy Drug
Screening Laboratory, the Chicago Federal Executive Board and many,
many others.
Jim worked for the American Cancer Society for 20
years and served for 13 years in management and executive positions.
He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Central Missouri State
University.
