VINTAGE MEXICAN WOOD ACCORDION SEWING BOX - HAND PAINTED

This Vintage Wood Accordion Style Sewing Box with the hand painted sides & top lids has no marks or labels but it was made in Mexico sometime around the 1960s.
It is 5 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lids or 8.5" to the top of the 2 handles when they are held together.
It is 9.5 inches long & 5 inches wide not including the wood hinge braces nailed on the outside.

Decription: Vintage small wooden cantilever sewing box. Handpainted Pictures of Mexican Senor and Senora on the lid.
Handpainted pictures of a Mexican Senora and a house on the sides.
No legs. All original hardware. Excellent vintage condition.
Accordian Style opens to 5 compartments inside.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is a vintage item, so it is therefore not in NEW condition.
It is in Excellent Condition, but has obviously aged over time.
Was told these boxes were popular around the 1960's.
Any minor imperfections only add to the charm of the item.
