1949 Chevy Truck Chevrolet Flat Head Engine Valve Description   This is an engine exhast valve for a 1949 flat head Chevy truck.  It is still in the original, sealed package.  The box says Sealed Power quality parts and the number is 2-V778.  The set was purchased in 1980 for $7, only one was used.  I don't know if you can still buy them today.
