However, when it comes to Customs and the Post office we have no control over that. It takes about 1-2 days to get processed before it leaves the country and from there it takes about another 1-2 days to arrive to your country and then waits to be processed by your country's Port and Customs and then the Post office. Shipping time varies from country so please check the shipping detail chart. 4) What if the item received is not as described / damaged/Lost? The first thing to do is please contact us directly. We will try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. International packages are subject to Customs inspection.
