This
is an original kit with all original materials. The kit has been
opened to look at, but has not been used. The kit has been stored in
the home of a non-smoker.
The
pattern has no marks, tears, or creases other than the folds made when
originally packaged. The linen still has its original folds from when
it was packaged (I do not know if the folds will iron out).
The box the kit come in has very good condition.
