This is a beautiful circulated Diez or Ten Centavos from Mexico. Struck at the Mexico City Mint and dated 1957 during the Presidency of Adolfo Ruiz Cortines who served from December 1, 1952 until November 30, 1958. He is best remembered for granting the right of women to vote in presidential elections.
This was only the third year this type was struck.
