Payment
· Winning bidder(s) please contact us within 3 days and remit payment to us within 7 days. Failure to do so relinquishes your rights and allows us the right to relist the item(s). We will notify ebay for non-paying bidder.
· We accept accept online payment (credit cards) through PayPal. Please notify us if you plan to send in payment and request our mailing address. Packages will be shipped when payment clears our financial institution. Please remember to include item number(s), ebay user ID and mailing address.
· We will not accept bank or money transfers.
· For Ohio residents, we are required to charge sales tax for items purchased in Ohio. Ohio sales tax is 7.0% of the winning bid price.
Shipping
· Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
· We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or misdirected mail.
· For USPS shipping tracking information will be sent to you through email. Insurance is available and paid for by the buyer.
· For international shipping, if your customs office/government charges additional taxes, you are responsible for them. We have no way to know if, or how much that will be. Please consult your local customs office or government for more information. Packages can sometimes be delayed by customs and delivery time is not guaranteed. Tracking number is available for USPS express mail only. All international mail is sent by first class unless otherwise paid for by winning bidder(s).
· Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed to cover shipping and handling. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Items usually are shipped within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) after payment has been received and/or cleared.
· We are always happy to combine shipping for winners of multiple auctions. Please email a request for combined shipping prior to payment. A new invoice will be sent.
Terms of Sale
· All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding.
· We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit. Please read all description and measurement provided as a guide before you bid.
· However, we do guarantee that all items you purchase are in the condition stated in the auction. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us.
