I am pleased to offer to your attention an original certificate signed by Major of Jerusalem Ehud Olmert and numbered 95610. It stated that the signatory joins in celebrating 3000 years since King David declared the city his capital. Size approx. 30½ x 21 cm (11¾ x 8¼ in). Very good condition.
As known all historic documents are signed by members of parliament. The Jerusalem 3000 scroll is changing this. Anyone who is in Jerusalem over the next year-and-a-half (and willing to pay the $7 fee) can sign the scroll.
