Our shipping and handling charges cover not only the actual cost of the postage on the package, but also packing and shipping material and labor. We ship most items via USPS at least twice a week. Combined Shipping -- If you are the winning bidder on multiple auctions we will combine your purchases saving you money on shipping. To qualify for the shipping discount, buyers must send one combined payment for all items purchased from Tim's Comics within a 7 day period. Discounts will be given at the checkout or you may send us an email request for a combined invoice when you have finished shopping or wait for us to manually adjust your invoice. Comics -- Shipping and handling is $4.95 for all comic book purchases. Trading Cards -- Shipping and handling is $3.50 for the first card and $.10 for each additional card. Maximum S&H $9.95. Other Items -- Shipping and handling for other items is as noted in the listing. We also combine shipping on these items on a per case basis. Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Should you find any item in our store not as described you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are given only if an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing or arrives damaged due to our part. We will refund your original shipping charge, however, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We require that you contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt. At this point, we will give you instructions for returning your item for a refund, credit or exchange.
