A return authorization number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsable for all return shipping costs. Defective merchandise returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase, in the original packaging with all accessories and owners manuals, will be repaired or replaced at our option. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns if a company credit is requested. SORRY, NO CASH REFUNDS.
