Unlike other GPS navigation systems the Scout has :

Locate services such as food/24 hour food, gas, 24 hour gas/diesel, rest areas, lodging, campsites, shopping, In city services, Distance and drive time, turn by turn directions, in city routing, Distance to downs, hwys, borders and travel services contact information. Also has the travel reminders that you can enter in case your forgot to do something on your trip.  Also has the travel safety to locate hospitals and look up emergency contact information.

This system has the thumb-friendly rotary touchpad, eyes on the road audio capability, large graphic display, and indispensable travel information.
