The glitter on some parts of the dress sticks together and has to be pulled apart manually or by using a hair dryer. The hemline looks like it's not been hemed but I think this is the original design but I'm not sure hence the low bidding price. :) Tube top with beaded trim. Empire waistline with A-line long skirt.
