I offer optional postal insurance, which covers recorded delivery and a value of up to £36. If you do not select it I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. I reserve the right to make recorded delivery compulsory for high-value items.
Returns accepted only under exceptional circumstances, and unless I have grossly misrepresented the item, may be subject to a handling fee to cover my time, effort and costs.
