This is a collar-style necklace hand-made from 3 strands of Multi Colored Ice Glass Seed Beads strung on silver-tone wire braided together with a silver-tone box clasp attached by silver-tone spring-style jump rings.  The matching earrings are double-strands of beads wired together and hung on Sterling Silver French Hooks.   The beads are not matte, but are transparent colored glass with a bit of a metallic luster around the core.  They sparkle quite well in the light!
