**Per eBay policy: Paintball markers may not be shipped internationally - These items are shipped to U.S. locations only**  

Ø      SHIPPING RATES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE,  if you do not like the shipping cost please do not bid

Ø      All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping Services unless other shippers are listed.  USPS sets rates we have no control over what they charge

Ø      We charge a $1.00 handling fee for domestic shipping and a $2.00 handling fee for International shipping to help us recover costs associated with shipping

Ø      Please use shipping calculator below to see what shipping rates will be for domestic & international rates to your location (handling already figured in)

Ø      All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment.  If you need it sooner contact us to arrange for faster shipping (additional charges may apply)

Ø      Shipping insurance is optional unless otherwise stated. All items will be securely packed with great care to help prevent shipping damage. Still, we strongly recommend insurance as we are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged via mail

Ø      Any problems encountered during shipping must be reported to the seller within 7 days of shipping

Ø      With International Shipments the BUYER is responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur. The seller has no control over duties or taxes that are charged by foreign countries and will not be responsible for any charges associated with shipment besides postage

RETURN POLICY:

Ø      Used Items are sold as is - No return or exchange

o       All items that are listed as “used” or “sold as is” are not eligible for return. 

o       We are not responsible for any misconceptions of the item you are purchasing. 

Ø      New items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days

o       Item has not been opened

o       Shipping/Handling costs will not be refunded or reimbursed

o       15% restock fee will apply on special order items

Ø      All New items carry manufacture's warranty

Ø      TW Paintball does not currently provide warranty work, but we will assist you on getting your item to the manufacture if need be.

Ø      We will list any deficiencies that we find but we are not collectors so some things may get by
