In the case of LP's , if you receive a record that was not the one you ordered, simply notify us for a return authorization number. Will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return it to us, and send you the correct item, and a $4.00 credit towards the purchase of your next "Vintage Vinyl" LP from us.
