If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or
incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired

Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will
be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the

AFTER payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all
holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is
received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by
the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and
destination, particularly during peak periods.
International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees.
Taxes & Duties:
For orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. there will be local customs or
duties. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures
for incoming packages. Please check with your country s customs office for
precise charges before placing your bid. If you refuse your package and don t
pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be
charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both

Returns and Exchange .....
Purchased item(s) must be in the original
condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt date, we will refund
your winning bid amount minus 15% restocking fee. Of course, in the rare
circumstance where we make a mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your
entire transaction amount including S&H.. Please note: It is our pledge that you
will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have
stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on product won may be
accommodated, but must be made prior to completing your order, and will incur an
additional handling fee. Customers are responsible for
return shipment. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
