Bicycles were introduced in the 19th century and now number about one billion worldwide. They are the principal means of transportation in many regions. The basic shape and configuration of a typical bicycle has changed little since the first chain-driven model was developed around 1885. Yes, that would be a complete suit - both pants and jacket. 1897 Crescent Catalogue - Extremely rare and valuable catalog, less than 50 pages, but huge wealth of illustartions and info, listing all types of bicycles for children and adults, plus the manufacturing process of bicycle construction. 1898 Eagle Bicycle Manufacturing - loaded with beautiful line drawings, and a wealth of information on bicycle construction. 1899 Three Good Tires Bicycle Accessories - 52 pages of bicycle parts, accessories and of course tires. 1901 Palmer Tires - loads of unique artwork and info on why palmer Tires were the best in there day.
